  • Do we need to pay a deposit?
    You do have to pay a deposit to hold the day of your event. The deposit will be deducted from the total booking cost. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE
  • What is needed for set up and is there a fee?
    We need about 10ft x 10ft space and the ability to set up about an hour before the event. We will need to know whether the event is outside or inside. There is no additional fee for set up.
  • Do we need to book in advance?
    We suggest that you try to book 1-2 months in advance as availability is limited. We do however accept last-minute events if we have openings.
  • How long does it take to receive the video?
    The video can be uploaded instantly once it loads to our station.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We service the Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. There is an additional charge for anything over 30 miles.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and once you have paid in full, the fee is NONREFUNDABLE. You can reschedule your event for a later date and all monies will be transferred over. You must reschedule within 60 days of cancelation.
  • What form of payment is accepted?
    Cash app, certified check, apple pay, pay pal and venmo.
